The project is executed in two strategic phases, "Client" and "Target," each focusing on specific aspects of integration and functionality. The Client phase involves establishing connections with the airlines and integrating their systems with One World and Amadeus APIs, ensuring that all check-in data is accurately processed and shared among the airlines.
